PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable, biocompatible thermoplastic derived from renewable sources such as corn or sugar cane. Easy to process and available in many colours, it is used for indoor decor, art and design pieces.
DatasheetPETG (Glycol-modified Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a technical thermoplastic that combines good mechanical strength, toughness and excellent chemical resistance. Suitable for everyday parts, containers, covers and parts exposed to moisture or UV.
DatasheetABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a technical thermoplastic with good impact and heat resistance. It can be sanded and painted, and is used for mechanical parts, technical enclosures and functional prototypes.

FAQ
For applications above 100 °C we recommend carbon-fibre composites: PET-CF (HDT 205 °C), PAHT-CF (194 °C), PA6-CF (186 °C), PPA-CF (227 °C) and PPS-CF (264 °C). Among pure polymers, PC reaches 117 °C and ASA 100 °C.
ASA and ASA-CF are designed specifically for outdoor use: excellent UV and weather resistance. PC and PC-FR also do well outside if not exposed to direct sunlight for years.
TPU 95A is the primary choice: a high-resilience elastomer for gaskets, dampers, shock-absorbing cases, wheels and soles. For rigid yet tough parts, PC and PC-FR also offer excellent impact resistance.
PC-FR is a flame-retardant polycarbonate, ideal for electrical cabinets, rail and applications needing fire resistance. For chemically harsh environments, PPS-CF combines fire and chemical resistance.
