From your drawing, sketch or broken part to a 3D file ready to print. The STEP or STL file is yours.

What do you have?
Send the drawingYes, you can get a part 3D printed without an STL file.
ForgeCore offers custom 3D design and modelling from photos, sketches, measurements or the original part: designing a simple part (bracket, spacer, cap, mount, clip) starts at €19, then you pay for the print at the normal price, with no minimum order. The quote is free and arrives within 24 working hours; on request you keep the STL or STEP file. We ship across Europe from our workshop in Italy.

01
Photos of the part (ideally with a ruler or caliper next to it), a dimensioned sketch, or a description of what it must do. Via the form below or on WhatsApp.
02
Within 24 working hours you get a quote with design and printing listed separately: you know what you pay for the drawing and what for the part.
03
We draw the part in CAD with wall thicknesses and tolerances designed for 3D printing. For parts that fit together, you see the preview before printing.
04
The part leaves our workshop in the right material for its use, checked with a caliper, and reaches you in 3-5 working days across the EU.

The customer sent us a reference image and the model of his five Samsung T7 Shield drives. We designed the rest.

The customer wanted the doorbell on the boat's stainless tube, closed by hand. We tested the thread on a sample before printing the real part.

from €19
Brackets, spacers, caps, clips, mounts, adapters: straightforward shapes with few dimensions.

Threads, snap fits, several parts that assemble together. Usually a few tens of euros.

Rebuilding discontinued spare parts, personalised objects, props: price after photos and measurements.
The price depends on how complex the shape is, not on how big the part is. Design is paid once; printing is paid separately, at list price and with no minimum order.
Without a file you have three routes: find a modeller and then a print shop, hire a design studio, or use someone who designs and prints together. The differences, in short:
| Platform | Freelancer | Studio | ForgeCore | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Only your 3D file | Brief, photo or sketch | Brief, drawings, survey | Photo, sketch, measurements or broken part |
| Printing included | Yes | No, you find it separately | Usually not | Yes, same workshop |
| How the design is paid | Not offered: you bring the file | Per package or per hour | Per hour, often with a minimum | Price stated upfront, from €19, paid once |
| Who you talk to | Customer service | The freelancer, who doesn't print | The studio's engineer | The person who designs and prints your part |
We do 3D modelling for printing: every file is made to become a real part, not just a render. The most frequent requests:
If the spare part can't be found any more, the broken part is the best reference. We rebuild it from the photos and dimensions you send (or directly, if you ship it to us), redraw it whole and reinforce it where it broke: thicker walls, fillets in the corners, a stronger material if needed.
The more information you give us, the more likely the part is right first time. You don't need to know how to draw or have a technical drawing: we take care of it.
A drawing made for milling or moulding often doesn't work for 3D printing: walls too thin, impossible overhangs, wrong tolerances. Here the person who designs is the same one who runs the print, so the file is born ready to print well: orientation, thicknesses and fits are chosen for FDM printing.
Design is paid once: if you reprint the same part, you only pay for the print. And if you like, you keep the final file (STL or STEP): it's yours to reuse whenever you want.

Michael Schumacher F1 rear wing
Excellent seller, serious and reliable. I bought a 3D-printed rear wing from Schumacher's F1 car, it's beautiful. I asked for two custom shelf brackets so I could hang it on a corner wall, and he did exactly what I asked. Everything perfect, the piece arrived within the stated time. What more can I say, I highly recommend him!!!Translated ·
